Deliveries

Orders placed before 2.00 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day (excluding national holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 pm, over a weekend, or on a national holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the ordered product within 7 working days, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

UK Standard Delivery / Royal Mail 48 Tracked – £4.50 delivery.

2 – 5 working days.

UK Faster Delivery / Royal Mail 24 Tracked – £5.99. 1 – 2 working days. Deliveries are typically delivered the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed and some parcels may take 2 working days.

International Standard orders: £11.99

Returns

If you change your mind about your order, the unopened product can be returned for a full refund providing that they are received back to us within 30 days of the initial order in a re-sellable condition.

Aum Parfume does not cover the cost of returns postage.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with the products for any reason then please contact our customer support team within 60 days of receiving your order and they can arrange for you to return the products for a full refund. You can reach our customer support team at contact@aum-perfume.co.uk. Our customer support team must be notified within 60 days, and items must be returned in order to issue a refund.

Aum Parfume is not able to refund and postage costs.

Once we have received your returned product, please allow us 5 working days to process your refund.
